By creating an account or using Sewing Room PA (“the App”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Sewing Room PA is a web app that helps home sewists catalogue sewing patterns, fabric, notions and body measurements. You scan pattern envelopes (in Notes or Google Drive) and SRPA automatically reads and fills in the details.

• You must be 16 or over to create an account.
• No password — you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep that email account secure.
• Keep your account details accurate and up to date.
• You can delete your account any time via Settings.

The free tier includes a limited number of lifetime scan credits. Pricing is still being finalised after Beta and will be confirmed here before public launch.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store your full card details.

You own everything you upload — pattern envelope scans, fabric photos, measurement photos, finished-make photos, your profile photo. By uploading, you give Sewing Room PA a licence to store, process and display that content back to you as part of running the app — including sending your pattern envelope scans to our AI provider so SRPA can read them (see our Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to upload what you provide.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse or circumvent the free-tier credit system
• Upload content that's offensive, infringing, or that you don't have the right to upload
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's operation

Pattern details filled in by SRPA software are generated automatically and may contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing and correcting them before relying on them. Scans are currently processed via Anthropic's Claude API.

The Sewing Room PA name, logo, DJ mascot and app design remain the property of Sewing Room PA. Nothing here grants you rights to our branding or software.

The App is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we're not responsible for sewing, fitting, or garment outcomes based on information stored or generated in the App.

If Sewing Room PA introduces a personal shop or resale feature between users, separate terms covering fees, buyer/seller responsibilities and dispute handling will be published before that feature launches.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, which applies for a sole trader based in WA.
